On November 17, 2003 at approximately 6:34 PM my eldest son, Andrew Christopher Chin Shue died in an automobile accident on his way to one of his college classes. He was finishing up his first year and some of his many friends were even waiting for him in the parking lot to walk into class together. We (his family) waited for him to come home to bring yogurt and eat dinner. He never made it!!
Before we go any further, I first want to make sure that everyone understands that Andrew was Not “Street Racing”. There has been misunderstandings before because of what we are trying to do in his memory.

We started this site to help those close to us and Andrew, track the progress of Project Blue.
We decided to build this car in Andrew's Memory to alert our community, by making Everyone (especially our children) aware that it is very dangerous on our roads. To teach them to Drive Safely and Responsibly. To have them Think before doing anything stupid.
We also want to build venues and provide other options for everyone to meet and enjoy their vehicles in a Safe enviroment.
