Just Some Pics of the Block, Pistons and Rods back from the machine shop. Crank has been balanced along with all the other moving parts. You will notice that is has been knife edged. After Nemo does a little more work everything will be coated. Head and Valve work is in progress. We are getting closer and I can't wait to finish.:Happy_050

So nice. Who did the knifing(I don't even think that is spelled right or even a word) to the crank looks really clean. What are the gains from this also?

Nemo sent the crank and block out to someone in Lake Worth, I don't exactly know who it is. But my brother used the same person for his All-Trac and he does great work.
Knife edging the crank makes it move/cut through the oil and crap splashing in the block. This makes the engine rev easier and faster.
This is just the start of what needs to be done. Every little proven thing like this helps.

Yep, that's the idea. Andrew's engine is what Nemo is working with.:Crazy_431
